We pride ourselves on being as thorough as possible in knowing what to expect when an item ships. We've seen it all. We want you to know that we are meticulous and make sure that everything is perfect and protected before shipping it out to you.
Orders are not guaranteed to deliver by a certain date or time so please read our policies so you know exactly what to expect.
All products will be processed within 2-7 business days of purchase.
After processing is complete it normally takes between 2-3 weeks to ship the completed item. NOTE: Certain specialty items as well as personalized or special custom orders can take longer.
We will inform you when/if your particular order fits this criteria.

We ship USPS Priority 2-day mail with tracking ( * exceptions - see below).
The cost of shipping varies depending on size, weight and quantity of order.
Insured value is $100, however you may purchase FULL Value Insurance for a few additional dollars (actual price depends on final order value)...will be at your request.

We will provide your tracking number the moment your item has shipped. You can check our website for updates on your items shipping progress.
You will also receive periodic email updates on the status of your item and it's shipping progress.
Please be aware that once an item has been delivered to the shipper and the tracking number is provided that responsibility for the delivery of the package is out of our hands.
* Our "Free Shipping" promotions and codes apply only to domestic U.S. orders. Also, "Free Shipping" items and promotions may be shipped, at our discretion, USPS First Class with Tracking.
Tracking Info:
You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped.
If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display with our tracking, as we get updated from USPS. This usually takes a little while.
Important things to be aware of (so you can get your sparkle goodness without any bumps in the road):
We will ship to the address you provide us. You must make sure that the address you have put for delivery is correct. We cannot be responsible for lost packages and non-delivery due to an error in the address provided
We are not responsible for delays or issues on USPS behalf. Once we ship your item the delivery process is out of our control.
If the wrong address or invalid address is provided to us and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the new reshipment fee. The same is applied if the buyer fails to claim their package at delivery.
It is very rare for a package to be lost or damaged during the shipping process. Things do happen, however in that rare case we will do everything we can to assist..but after we deliver the item to the shipper we have no control over the delivery process. In the event something unfortunate does occur please email us but also contact USPS with the tracking information and they will be able to track what is happening and give you detailed information.
